As agrochemicals significantly influence soil microflora, attention was paid to the relation between heat-resistant fungi and agricultural fungicides in vitro. Sensitivity in Sabouraud medium was tested on 9 strains of heat-resistant fungi and 2 strains of heat-sensitive species against 9 fungicidal substances admissible for agricultural application. Of all strains tested, the Aspergillus strain of the Asperillus niger group and Penicillium expansum proved to be relatively the most resistant. Among heat-resistant fungi, the Talaromyces trachyspermus strain was the most resistant. RONILAN 59 WP showed the lowest fungicidal efficiency against the tested strains.
