Authors provide botanical and ecological characterizations of phyto-association Globulario cordifoliae-Caricetum humilis from the mountain belt of the rocky part of the Velka Fatra Mts., Slovakia. The association was subdivided into 3 lower syntaxa: Sedetosum albae, Trypicum, and Caricetosum firmae.
