Some factors related to utilization of Khao Dawk Mali 105 rice seed for increasing yield of the farmers in Changwat Buri Ram [Thailand]

To study some socio-economic factors, agricultural extention factors and farmers'storing rice seed knowledge. Some characteristics of socio-economic variables showed that the average age was 44.7 years. They obtained level 4 certificate and were literate. For agricultural extension factors three quarters of the samples did not get training. Area of land used for planting Khao Dok Mali 105, total of agricultural land, rice income, related with rice production significantly. Membership of the group, total of rice production, rice income, positively with utilization of Khao Dok Mali rice 105 seeds. Among 3 sample groups significant difference was found in these variable, namely:- age, education level, land tenure, rice income. Researcher introduced the technology of rice cultural practice which was covariation variable. Significant difference in rice production. With the problems of rice seed utilization, about three quarters of farmers (73.8 %) did not know where to obtain the seeds.
