Influence of some growing factors on the occurrence of cereal aphids associated with winter wheat

In experimental years 1994 and 1995 the influence of the growth stage of winter wheat, cropping system and plant nutrition on occurrence cereal aphids was studied. In 1994 there was recorded the highest average number of aphids per tiller in the milk maturity stage in the fertilized treatment. The lowest number of aphids has been recorded in 1995 in the earing growth stage in unfertilized treatment. Significant differences were proven only among given yesrs whilst differences among other factors did not prove to be significant. Among the species there was recorded the highest number of Metopolophium dirhodum.
