Cercospora leaf spot (Cls) is an important disease in pepper. Loss production was recorded 30-40 percent during rainy season in tropical highland and lowland. The effect Score 250 EC (2,5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval), Score 250 EC (5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval), Score 250 EC ( 5 g ai/hl, 5 percent DLA 7 days interval), Score 250 EC (12.5 g ai/hl), 5 percent DLA 7 days interval), score 250 EC (12.5 g ai/hl, 5 percent DLA, 10 days interval), Dithane M45 80 WP (160 g ai/hl, 1st DLA 7 days interval), Dithane M45 80 WP (160 g ai/hl, 5 percent DLA 7 days interval). Anvil 050 SC (2.5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval), Anvil 050 SC (12.5 ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval), Alto 100 SL (5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval) Alto 100 SL (12.5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 day interval), and control were tested for controlling Cls as treatment. Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used with four replications. The results of this experiment consist of : all the treatment of Score 250 EC gave the best result for controlling Cls. All the treatment of Anvil 050 SC and Alto 100 SL can be used for controlling Cls, however, it is not so good as the first. The treatment of Score 250 EC (2.5 g ai/hl, 1st symptom 7 days interval) gave the best result according to economic value. The highest yield was given by Score 250 EC (5 1st symptom 7 days interval). There is no significant difference on fruit rot caused by Anthracnose among the treatments.
