The use of luprostiol and dinoprost tromethanine for oestrus synchronization in dairy cattle

Английский. An experiment to evaluate the use of Luprostiol and Dinoprost Tromethamine for estrus syncronization in dairy cattle has done using 20 postpartum dairy cows (2-3 months postpartum). Those animals were divided randomly into 2 groups, the first group was injected 15 mg synthetic Prostaglandin F2 alpha (Luprostiol, Reprodin TM) intramuscularly and the second group was injected 25 mg synthetic Prostaglandin F2 alpha (Dinoprost Tromethamine, Lutalyse TM) intramuscularly. Based on the student t-test analysis, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups of treatment (P0.05). Evaluation of the data demonstrated that Luprostiol and Dinoprost Tromethamine administrations in the experimental dairy cows cause oestrus at 32.12 hours and 32.33 hours

Untuk meneliti penggunaan Luprostion dan Dinoprost Tromethamine dalam sinkronisasi berahi pada sapi perah, sejumlah 20 ekor sapi perah pasca beranak 2-3 bulan dibagi secara acak menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok I diberi suntikan secara intramuskuler 15 mg Prostaglandin F2 alpha sintetik (Luprostiol, Reprodin TM). Kelompok II diberi suntikan secara intramuskuler 25 mg Prostaglandin F2 alpha sintetik (Dinoprost Tromethamine, Lutalyse TM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Luprostiol dan Dinoprost Tromethamine dapat menimbulkan berahi pada semua ternak, dengan waktu timbulnya berahi 32,12 jam dan 32,33 jam (P0,05)
