Citrus replanting problem is a world wide problem in old citrus orchards that are being renewed. It was clear that both physical and chemical properties of old and non citrus soil were alike and have no role in the problem. Extract from old citrus soil showed significant reduction to the growth of Citrus aurantium L. seedlings root in comparison with extract from non citrus soil.
