[In vitro development of the flower buds of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)]

Английский. A methodology for aseptic culture was established. The study examined the effect of carbohydrates, hormones and nitrogen upon the in vitro development of the flower buds of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cv. Negro Puebla. The factors that induced the greatest promotion of growth of sepals and petals as well as of pistil development were: fructuose (3); kinetin (K) (4.64 M) and indolacetic acid (IAA) (2.85 M); nitrate (15.14 mM) and ammonium (2.5 mM). It was concluded that K and IAA, nitrate and ammonium had synergistic effects on the growth of sepals and petals and on the pistil development.

Se establecio una metodologia para el establecimiento del cultivo aseptico, con la que se estudio el efecto carbohidratos, hormonas y nitrogeno sobre el desarrollo in vitro de yemas florales de frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) variedad Negro Puebla. Se determino que los factores que ejercieron una mayor promocion del crecimiento de sepalos y petalos en forma balanceada con el desarrollo de los pistilos, fueron: la fructuosa B a la concentracion de 3; la combinacion hormonal de cinetina (K) (4.64 M) con acido indolacetico (AIA) (2.85 M); el nitrato (15.14 mM) y el amonio (2.5 mM). Ademas se concluyo que la K, al AIA, el NO-3 y NH+4 tienen efectos sinergeticos en el crecimiento de sepalos y pistilo de las yemas de frijol cultivadas in vitro.
