The author is given the survey of multiresidue extraction procedures used for determination of pesticides remaining in protected foods, potentials of monitoring and degradation. In the opinion of author there are three main problems to be solve: deposit of agricultural chemicals immediately after the treatment, real disappearance of pesticide residues and their toxicological properties
