Objectives of this research were to study the correlation between the independent variables such as socio-economic factors, communication exposure and the adoption of innovation affecting the prediction to the accomplishment of farmer's dairy production, both members and non-members. The results of research were found that most independent variables correlated significantly with the dairy production at 0.01 level while age, land holding, communication to neighbour had no correlation. The member's independent variables, communication to neighbour and officials, feed and penhouse innovation manifested significant correlation with the dependent variables at 0.05 level whereas non-member's independent variables like communication to neighbour and sanitation innovation showed correlation with the farmer's dairy producion. Of the member's independent variables, age, income, number of milking cow, penhouse, sanitation and feed innovation could predict farmer's dairy production 69 percent. Of the non-member's independent variables, income, land holding, loan, age and sanitation innovation could predict farmer's dairy production 99 percent. The problems mostly encountered were capital, dairy cow breeding, artificial insemination, lack of concentrate and roughage feeds.
