Obtained results show very effective impacts of irrigation on grain yield (average positive effect amounted to 31.4) and studied properties of soybean yield. However, the irrigation norms of 50 and 70 mm/square m were not sufficient during 1992 and 1993, as they were characterized with low amounts of precipitation during the growing season of soybean. Effects of fertilizing on grain yield and other yield properties were insignificant. The differences among applied fertilizing variants were not significant. Depending on fertilizing, the crude protein content of grain, also, did not significantly vary. However, the effect of irrigation on this property was low, though this value was a bit higher in irrigated plants. Very significant differences in grain yield and yield properties over certain years were noted. There were almost no differences in yield and protein content of grain among grown varieties.
