Ruralization and its actors

The results presented distinguish two large groups. The first group is formed by the "ideologists of rurality". They are mostly urban people involved in the activities aiming to help ruralization through the frame of specialized organizations. These organizations aim to restoring ecological equilibrium and rural community. They react on the failures and the risks that were created by the expansion of urban society. There are many urban organizations and the initiatives of ruralization as well, but their action is rather more disunited than concentrated. That is why there is no effect of synergy in their work. The expansiveness of these actors does not influence the decision-making bodies significantly. The second group consists of such members of rural population who maintain rurality through their life style and everyday action - traditional rural people, emerging strata of new peasants, the heirs to collective farming, non-farmers and neo-rural population. The characteristics of these sub-groups are concentrated on the potentiality with regard to the actionship in the process of ruralization. The characteristics also focus on the question whether the potency is defined more by the heritage of the traditional rural culture or whether it is rather a new phenomenon that is oriented into the present and future, into a new quality of countryside within the "ill" consumptive society.
