An optimal immunization program has been developed for the control of infectious poultry bursitis (Gumboro disease). For the detection of antibodies level chickens of vaccinated and non-vaccinated hens were used. The formation of antibodies was proved by means of serological tests (immuno-diffusion reaction, virus neutralization reaction, immuno-ferment analysis). The resulting data of the research were processed by means of IDEXX company Flock Check computer program. As the result of the data analysis it has been concluded that the chickens of non-vaccinated hens must be vaccinated against bursitis during two days after hatching, the chickens of vaccinated hens - during 7-22 days after hatching.
