[Studies on the regenerative capacity of different Gerbera Explants for an "in vitro" effective multiplication]

A method for regenerating gerbera plantlets "in vitro" by using flower meristems and vegetative apices was established. For regenerating phase, MS (1962)medium was supplemented with NaH2PO4 H2O 85 mg/l, L. The rooting occurreed without problems on free hormone medium. The acclimatization of the rooting plants is easier than unrooting ones.
