he sires of Belgian Blue breed influenced positively slaughter value, mainly carcass weight, dressing percentage, content of internal, external and intra-muscular fat and proportion meat parts in carcass in crossbreeding with Holstein dairy cows. We recommend using Belgian Blue sires for compensation slaughter value progeny of Holstein cows with small breeding value
