Mechanized harvesting of peas

The results of investigations lasting several years of four models of combine for single-phase pea harvesting. By testing carried out, area and mass efficiences of combines have been determined, amount of losses and damage of grains as well as the foreign ingredients content in the mass picked. In the second part of work technical characteristics of four models of modern combines (PLOEGER model EPD 490, MRE model CR 906, FMC model 879 and FMC model 979) have been analyzed, which among others are present on the European market and in expoitation.
