One of the methode applied for industrial waste water treatment containing dangerous material composition which impossible to be processed by usual method is by burning (incineration) and followed by gas absorption which is formed during the burning phase. The burning process was carried out at the specific temperature range to minimize gas formed. Metal-sulphate composition such as CuSO4, FeSO4 and NaSO4 include chloride and other composition which are able to degrade by heating mostly found in the wastes of pesticide, metal and batik industries. Heated sulphate as well as chloride will release sulphur oxide gas and chlorine respectively. Over heating during the heating process caused too much production of those dangerous gases. The heating process carried out at unproper specific temperature range produced a waste cycle in which the burnt sulphate waste creates sulphur oxide gas or halide gas. These two kinds of wastes mentioned before need another treatment in order to absorp the produced gases and finally there will create other wastes to form i.e. sulphuric acid and halide suspensions respectively. The results showed that there is "Safe area" in which at the particular temperature range substance containing sulphate has not yet under goconversion but other dangerous materials has been converted into CO2 and H2O vapour. From this study, the energy reguir for degradation of sulphur substances was able to manure, therefore, a calculation on energy inside incinerator can be carried out
