[Chemical content of Latvian goat's milk]

The chemical composition of goat's milk is compared with that of cow's milk. Its nutritive value is emphasized. The milk obtained from goats feed concentrates (barley + oat) was analysed. The analyses proved that concentrates increased protein, fat, sugar, aminoacids and microelements content in milk.
