The paper attempts to establish in what measure the phosphorous, from superphosphate or farmyard, introduced in soil, has modified, after 30 years of field experiment, the organic phosphorous reserve in soil and how this is reflected in the phosphatasic potential of different soil types from Romania. The analysis showed that the organic phosphorous reserves increased with 3 percent till 85 percent by mineral phosphorous fertilisation, the farmyard contributing to a superior accumulation, only in some field experiments, apparently without a definite causality. The total phosphatasic potential of the soil increased as a consequence of the phosphorous fertilisation (mineral or organic) only in 40 percent of soils, there where a higher quantity of organic phosphorous was accumulated.
