The influence of observed Titavin doses and irrigation on the hygienic purity of strawberry fruitage

The influence of observed doses of Titavin and irrigation on the hygienic purity of strawberry fruitage was evaluated. The content of nitrates and toxic metals was reduced directly proportionate to the number of agent applications. With nitrates it decreased gradually from 12.6% (variant B2) to 21.7% (variant D4) in comparison with the control variant. A decrease in Cb was up to 63.2% (variant D4), in Hg up to 29% (variant D4) and in Pb up to 29% (variant D4) when compared to the control. The results achieved with these metals were not higher even in case of the control, i.e. they did not exceed the limits. Our knowledge can be partly helplful in the production of hygienic fruits, especially in the conditions of higher soil contamination caused by nitrates and heavy metals
