In this research, in order to increase soil fertility, the possibilities to supply nitrogen to the soil by microbiologial methods have been searched and effects of microbiological fertilization to the crop yield have been investigated. The soils (Kan silty clay and Palandoken gravely loam) taken from two different parts of Ataturk University farmland, were subjected to different inoculation procedures with different source of cultures of Azotobacter chroococcum, in the greenhouse.
