In this study, the nature of cervical epithelium and cervical mucus of cows were investigated at various phases of estrus cycle. In this research 10 Brown Swiss cows were used. The sexual cycles of cows were synchronized by Dinoprost tromethamine administration. Tissue samples were taken from cervix by biopsy technique at different phases of the cycle
