The dry carbohydrateous product containing saccharose and a bacterial concentrate is distinguished by the additional content of biologically active and high adhesive strains of Lactococcus lactis, Enterococcus thermophilus as well as ascorbic acid and calcium stearate. Barley and malt extract is also used in this product. It contains vitamins, carbohydrates, ferments, mineral compounds and other components which are favourable for the development of the useful micro- and the macroflora. Using the product makes it possible to correct microbiocenosis of gastrointestinal tract, to enhance protective functions and as a result to improve physical status of the organism
