As regard to ecologo-economical aspect one of the most important factors of increase in the effectiveness of using the farm lands of Kaniv Trans-Dnieper region is protecting soil from all the types of degradations, improving its quality, consecutive increase in the potential soil fertility. The realization of the projects of establishing the stable agrolandscapes requiresperforming the long-term measures. The financing of the measures should be implemented from the state budget formed from the payments for the land
