[The method for determining the alpha-amino nitrogen content in [sugar] beet]

The invention refers to the sugar production and is intended for determining the mass part of alpha-amino nitrogen in sugar beet. It may be used in the research and plant laboratories, at the automated lines while determining sucrose and other compounds in sugar beet. The possibility of using the basic aluminium sulphate instead of the lead acetate is revealed. The method claimed may find application in practice
