The article deals with the optimal time for the cover-seed in the area of Korca. This article aims to define which is the most appropriate mowing cutting of this plant, and when is the best rate of seed to obtain. The research take into account some indicators; the phenological phase, biometrical indicators of the production and rate. the highest rates of production is yielded the second and the third year in the second mowing.
