A group of related parameters of the genetic structure in Jersy cattle (60 calves and 60 their mothers) for six polymorphic protein loci - hemoglobin (HBB), transferrin (TF), cerulo-plasmin (CP), amylase (AMY 1), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and carboanhydrase (CA) - was analysed.A minimal level of homogeneity, the highest realization of the possible variability and a maximum effective number of active alleles were foun in the loci of TF and HBB, while for ALP and CP the tendency was opposite.A considerable disturbance of the genetic equilibrium of AMY 1 for both generations was registred.A satisfactory genetics balance of all the loci in calves and significant surplus of the actual heterozygotes for TF in cows were also found.
