The gain of human being on the earth with three miliard, deficit of drinking water and food, negative resalts of urbanisation will be the serious danger for mankind. Food problems, with its results, being generation and quality, can be included in the line of global problems of the world. According the preliminary data for the 2025 year 1 mmilliard man from 8 milliard escaping the hunger. Food provision is one of the most important factor and it rquires the complex atention. It includes product processing, trade, income. social security and other issues, which regarde the World Food Security in XXI century on the economic and social gevelopment level. Gain rate of satisfaction of man's biological demands is in accordance with the geometrical progress, but it's less then the gain rate of human being. The main goal of the biogeoclimate evalution of the earth is the definition of its own so cold "capacity". French scientists think, that 1 h of agricultural land area can feed 40 man. According Swiss scientist Huga Osvaldi, through the utilisation of traditional methods of land cultivation can feed 12-milliard man. As for the Belgium biologist P. Dewvinew and M. Tanga, They think, that if the cereal crop achive 5 ton, without agricultural land gain, the feed of 140-milliard man will be possible.Taking into account the tendencies of world development,every country creates the necessary legislative base for the food security provision. Practice of structure creation of such countries is wide spread. These admistration units have the form of food chamber (department). They study the issues, such as international and national food circumstances evaluation, analyses of world food market, formation of national food security basis, which is regarded by the national food sicurity stimulation and support.
