The effect of Blustru seed extract on the female mice

An experiment has been done to determine the effects of Blustru seed extract on the number of corpora lutea, fetuses, unplantation site and rate of pregnancy. The research employed Completed Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 10 replications. The 40 fertile female and 40 fertile male BALB/C type were utilized. The female mice are split into four groups depend on the extracts are given, u = (l) 270 mg/25 g/BW/days, (II) 90 mg/25 g BW/days, (III) 30 mg/25 g BW/days, while the zero group is the control. After they got treatment for ten days the sample are crossing. After the 16th day of pregnancy, the female are sacrificed for evaluation of number of fetuses, corpora lutea, umplantation site, and rate of pregnancy. Based on analysis, it can be concluded that the higher concentration of extract, the lower number of corpora lutea, unplantation site, fetuses and rate of pregnancy
