[Investigations of the groats meals nutrition value and infant food]

The work is devoted to the improvement of the nutrition value of groats meals for children and infants. The aim of the investigations was to study and find the best possible breast-milk. Substitutes that could be made of cereals produced in this country. An optimal groats mix for porridge has been analysed according to the content of amino acids. The data for calculation were taken from literature sources. Having compared the analysis data it has been found that the possible optimal mix consists of oat-flakes and buckwheat groats and requires minimal addition of cow's milk.
