With the aim of a partial understanding of the positive effect of preparate Avit-35 to the grain yield of winter wheat in the years 1994/1995 and 1995/1996 a pot experiments with variety Vala were realised. At the phase in the beginning of winter wheat ear formation Avit-35 (treatment designed Avit-35) was applied, respectively the basic organic component of this preparate (treatment designed boc). On the stand of the control treatment the same dose of water was applied. At the single phases of the wheat growth and the ripening of seed, the weight of ear, the dry matter content in ear, releasing of ethylene by ears and the content of endogenous hormones (indolylacetic acid, abscisic acid and zeatin) in ear and seed was analyzed. It follows from the results that organomineral complexes in the liguid fertilizer Avit-35 influenced significantly the level of all of the analyzed endogenous hormones. The most important differences among control and the other variants were in the content of zeatin in the term between the beginning of milk ripeness and wax ripeness. With the increase of zeatin content at the beginning of milk ripeness a relatively expressive decrease of the content of indolylacetic acid in ear is connected
