Migration of nutrients depending on applied fertilizers and the tested soil type (Fluvi-eutric Gleysol and Orthic Luvisol) was tested under laboratory conditions. The most expressive migration of nitrogen was from Orthic Luvisol after application of ammonium nitrate with calcite - 123.68 mg per lysimeter and the least from Fluvi-eutric Gleysol after application of UF-1 - 54.75 mg per lysimeter. The nitrate nitrogen predominated in lysimetric water 90-98% from total nitrogen. From ureaformaldehyde condensate, UF-1 (with the lowest activity index) had the most expressive influence on the reduction in inorganic nitrogen migration. A significant effect of the activity index of urea/formaldehyde fertilizers on N-migration was observed. From basic cations calcium predominated in lysimetric water. This cation was aporoximately 4-6 times more washed up than other cations
