Soil chemical properties heterogeneity within a soil whole

The spatial variability of basic chemical soil properties (pH value, available phosphorus and potassium contents) and the reached yield of winter wheat on the chosen field (11 ha) were observed in this paper. There was 37 sample sites in the field (a square net 50x50 m) and the reached coefficients of variation were as follows: 3.8% at pH value, 48.1% at available phosphorus content, 18.9% at available potassium content and 1.0% at winter wheat yield. Especially the phosphorus distribution in the field indicates about its extraordinary great content differences. There was found the positive significant correlation between the winter wheat yield and all observed chemical soil properties
