In 1976-1989, effect of fertilizing intensity on phosphorus and potassium changes in soil and dry matter of aboveground biomas carried out on a semi-natural grassland sward. A long-term fertilization with graduated doses of nitrogen at constant phosphorus and potassium level of fertilization influenced phosphorus content in soil positively and potassium content negatively. The optimal values of phosphorus and potassium in dry matter were found out on the treatments with low rates (50 kg N/ha) and moderately high ones (150 kg N/ha)
