This study was carried out on Sultana raisins in Salihli (Mersindere) district of Manisa province. In the trials, parathion-methyl (360 g/lt), the most common used pesticide, was pulverized against. European grapevine moth (Lobesia botrana) which is the most important pest in vineyard in the Aegean Region. The pest was controlled according to Forecasting System. The height of vineyard, the width of the row, main leaf area, leaf area index, fruit length and fruit weight in the period of application were determined. The effect of vineyard growing to application norm, the residue decrease during fruit growing and the time which required for below tolerance value of the pesticide were determined. According to two years results, the height of vineyard changed between 1,85 m and 196 m during the application period. The width of the row of vineyards was minimum area index between first and third generations were 30-35%, 80,93-100 and 5,02-5,69 respectively. The increasing of fruit weight was 2,35 and 2,62 times more between second and third generations. The samples were taken 0,3,7,14,21 and 28 days after last application and they were analyzed. The residue on the first samples was 1,027 ppm. According to degradation equation, the residue level was reached below tolerance value 10 days after application
