Influence of the partial dissection or full enzymatic removal of "zona pellucida" of oocytes on their activation to parthenogenesis is studied and that of mono- and polysperm insemination of cow's oocytes and the in vitro preimplatation embryo development as well. Forming pronuclei in the polysperm zygotes is investigated. A comparative outside-the-organism analysis of halves and quarters of the morulae-blastocytes obtained in vivo and in vitro is conducted
