The aim of this study was to examine the influence of various dietary levels of dietary mannan-oligosaccharides on performance and health status of broilers. The trial was performed on a total of 900 Hybro broilers, divided into three groups and lasted 42 days. The Bio-Mos (Alltech, USA) was added to the feed for the experimental group in amount of 0.05 and 0.10%. Broilers in the control group had an average daily gain of 41.70 g and feed: gain ratio of 2.29 kg with yield of 68.74%. The introduction of mannan-oligosaccharides increased daily gain for 7-12% and improved feed: gain ration for 13-17% with higher yields for 1.7-3.7%. Significant lower mortality (3.33 and 3.67%) was seen in experimental groups than in the control group (4.67%), as well as more desirable pH of small (6.18 vs. 5.73 and 5.86) and large intestine (6.79 vs. 6.22 and 6.32) content.
