The content of FFA level in milk produced by using reconstructed pipeline milking systems was equivalent to the FFA content in milk from farms equipped with new pipeline milking systems. Mean values of raw milk FFA content on farms equipped with old and reconstructed milking systems were statistically different. 1) FFA content in milk was considerably higher in case of old and incorrectly installed pipeline-milking systems. 2) Fluctuation of vacum level in milk line causes agitation and therefore the rise of FFA content. 3) Reconstruction of old pipeline milking systems enables to improve the quality of FFA content. 4) Taking the standard of FFA in raw milk into use in advisory purposes will help to explain the need of regular testing of milking equipment and reconstruction of the old ones, which lead to the improvement of raw milk quality
