We classified the pot-plant production management into 3 ranks and made the condition to Higher rank clear. The rank were classified by the following management index. The High rank Gross sales is more than 50 million yen. The Middle rank Gross sales is between from 25 mil]ion yen to 50 million yen. The Low rank Gross sales is less then 25 million yen. The necessary condition to switch over the Low to the Middle: (1) The attribute of management, The increase of employment, The increase of sales for the every unit area, The experience. (2) The ability of management. The infusion power, The challenge spirit, The power of collecting information. (3) The direction of the improving management, The brand products, The new varieties. The necessary condition to switch over the Middle to the High: (1) The attribute of management, The increase of employment, The increase of sales for the every unit area. The experience. (2) The individual characteristic, The good human relationship. (3) The ability of management, The desire for business, The sense of balance, The power of collecting information, The creation power.
