Afalotoxin is a mycotoxin that could be produced by A.flavus and A.prasiticus in various food products during adverse storage conditions. Because of its carcinogenic properties is can prove to be a major health problem. In this study aflatoxin contamination of five corn products was assesses through "Thin layer Chromatography". Aflatoxin was detected in Packed and unpacked corn flour but not in corn flour containing packed or unpacked cheese balls and potato sticks.
