Authors reveal some inconsistencies in the Decree no. 91 of the Ministry of Agriculture of SR on hunting districts and quality classes of hunting grounds published in the collection of laws of SR, part 41 of 28 March 1997. It was analyzed only that part of the decree, which deals with the classification of hunting area for field game and determination of standardized stocks of field game. The analysis does not deal with the classification of forest hunting area
