A study on determination of optimum harvest dates of some cherry cultivars grown in Van ecological conditions

The aim of this study was to determine the physical and chemical changes during growth period and optimum harvest dates of Bing, Lambert and Van cherries grown in Van which has suitable condition for cherry growing. Samples were taken by 2-3 days intervals from trees in the second half of June and analysed for fruit weight, fruit width and length, fruit colour, fruit flesh firmness, total soluble solid (TSS), titretable acidity and fruit juice pH
