Efficiency of the diet supplementation with phosphogupsum as a cheap source of sulphur was studied on lactating cows and growing steers. Adding phosphogypsum at the level of 60 g/head/day resulted in higher level of sulphur in the diet by 1.9-2.76 g/kg DM which ensured higher digestibility of organic matter of the diet and milk fat content. FCM yields in cows and live weight gains of steers have been increased by 10-17, 0.38-0.41, 12.6% and 6-14%, feed expenditure and self-cost of gain being lower by 5-12 and 5-11%, respectively
