1. - Cage and feeder in acute toxicity test, brood assessment. Usage of suitable and practical cage and feeder are important aspects in acute test. The cylindrical formed cages are made of plastic Petri dishes with circular mesh insert. The feeders are prepared from 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes. Brood assessment. Principal of the method is using a queen rearing cage. The queen is caged and lays eggs. Observations are performed every 7 day, observing all brood cycle. 2. - Discussion on residue testing.
