The successful of activity distribution of agricultural commodity, was determined by the quality of commodity and the transportation. Before distributing the product, it must know the kind of transportation which profitable economically. In distributing agricultural commodity, including cane, we must concern about the transportation system, because wrong decision about the transportation system from the planting area to main location (the factory), will cause the high cost of transportation. Based on that, the purpose of the study was; (a) find the cane transportation system of the sugar factory, and (b) planning the cane transportation system from the planting area to the factory. This study had been conducted to 12 employer and 18 farmers by using Linier Programming Northwest Corner Analysis. The result has been the conclusion that on 0-15 km, need the changes to the planning of transportation system, where the changes will decrease the cost of transportation from Rp. 1,934,067.250,- to Rp. 1,930,791.250,- or there is decreasing Rp. 3,276,000,-
