Research was carried out in Desa Tanjung Selamat Village, sub-district of Darussalam Banda Aceh. The objective of this research was to study the effects of growth on media types and coconut water concentration and their interactions on growth of pepper cuttings. A Factorial Completely Randomized Design was used in this research. Factors tested were media types and coconut water concentration. The three media types used were; soil + sand (1:1), soil + sand + manure (1:1:1) and soil + sand + green fertilizer (1:1:1). The coconut water concentration applied were 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 percent respectively. The results showed that the effects of media types and coconut water concentration were highly significant on length of buds, amount of leaves, amount of roots, weight of fresh buds, and weight of dried buds. However their effects were not significant on cuttings growth percentage. The interaction effects were significant on amount of leaves, and highly significant on bud length, weight of fresh and dried buds pepper cuttings. The best growth of pepper cuttings obtained from growth media contained manure and green fertilizer with dipping the cuttings in coconut water which concentration was 50 percent
