The aim of the work is a study of pathomorphologic changes in animals vaccinated against campilobacteriosis. 25 ml of vaccine, preparated with various adjuvants was introduced subcutaneously into the middle part of the neck. Prior vaccination, blood serum of the cows was investigated in RA and IFA with campilobacterious antigen. The results of serum tests of blood of animals vaccinated by the vaccine of 3 have shown that the maximum accumulation of antibodies occurred on 90th day. RA titers (1:1600 - 1:3200), IFA titers (1:25600 - 1:151200) were maintained during 4-5 months. Analogous dinamics of blood serum was in animals vaccinated with 4 vaccine. The maximal titers of blood serum were registered on 90th day: RA 1:800 - 1:1600 and in IFA 1:25600 - 1:51200. Antibody titers maintain on this level up to 120 days. It is found that the highest levels antibody titers, long terms of their preservation in blood of vaccinated animals and also moderate local reaction were marked while using the adjuvant on a base of oil of Kuybishev subsidiary of VNII of oil industry. Use of vaccine have promoted normalization of situation with campilobacteriosis.
