Agricultural production presents a complex cycle that is very sensitive to contamination with harmful matters in all the phases of production, transport and storage. In contemporary conditions of fast development in economy and society, with industrialization and applying of agrotechnical measures, danger of contamination by radionuclides and toxic matter is larger.
