Technical and technological characteristics of equipment for pig nutrition processes with dry and fluid food

Vujic, Z.
In this paper two technical-technological systems of pig nutrition are analysed: the system of nutrition with dry (concentrated) food and the system of nutrition with fluid food with mobile tractor dispenser distribution comparing with situated system distribution. Work quality of fluid nutrition systems is determined with dry substance distribution (D.M.) in food, in function of time mixing and length of feeding. Mobile dispenser gives much better results in this system where established very low divide of food during the nutrition cyclus. According to technological system of nutrition and energetic parameters, the system of fluid nutrition shows the most acceptable results which are based on silo corn grain with mobile dispenser (proportion firm components and water is 1:1.09). During the distribution with mobile equipment, power for work these systems is from 39% to 53% comparing with power of situated system for fluid nutrition, but it is bigger than the systems for nutrition with dry food for 1.44 times. Investments in this system with mobile dispenser are lower and the system is easier to use. This analyse shows that introducing higher level of mechanization for pig nutrition with fluid food at farms with lower capacity, production less than 2500 fatten pigs a year is not certain.
