On the results of phytosanitary monitoring the specific composition and structure of dominant entomofauna of winter rye and winter wheat agrocoenosises has been specified. The harmfulness of dominant pest species has been studied and their economic thresholds of harmfulness are detected. The assortment of insecticides of contact and systemic action by the decrease of number and harmfulness of phytophages in winter grain crops has been selected
